I build practical AI workflows for people who run a business and have no interest in becoming AI experts. Not demos, not experiments. The specific piece of work that is eating your week, handled properly.
You do not need to figure this out alone. I understand how overwhelming AI can feel when you are trying to run a business, serve clients, and make smart decisions without wasting time on the wrong tools.
How I work
I start with the process, not the tool. Most of the time somebody comes to me naming a product they have heard of, and the useful conversation turns out to be about the twenty minutes a day their team spends re-typing something that already exists somewhere else.
Whether the right answer involves AI assistants, MCP integrations, n8n automations, APIs, or a workflow stitched together from what you already pay for, I focus on what is actually useful rather than what is trendy. Sometimes the honest answer is that a process is not worth automating yet, and I would rather say that than sell you something.
Who this is for
Business owners with a real process that is taking too much time, and enough of it happening repeatedly that fixing it pays back. It works best when you can point at the thing that is slow. It works badly when the brief is "we should be doing something with AI."
What working together looks like
There are three ways in, and they run in order. A paid audit that works out where AI can create the clearest win in your business and gives you a roadmap. Implementation, where I build the workflow we picked together. Advisory, if your own team is doing the building and wants somebody to check the thinking.
You can stop after the audit and take the roadmap to somebody else. That happens, and it is a fine outcome.
How to start
There is no calendar on this site and no booking widget, on purpose. Picking a time out of a grid before either of us knows whether there is a fit wastes your afternoon and mine.
